APIs you run yourself.
PSE and LITHOS ship with their own APIs.
- PSE
- FastAPI with /api/v1/health for the state of every connector, /api/v1/point and /api/v1/query for points and areas, and POST /api/v1/fuse for an explicit fusion. Answers are xarray-compatible JSON, with export to Zarr, NetCDF, GeoJSON and CSV.
- LITHOS
- Coverage, points, time series and anomaly results, documented on /docs when you run it with Docker Compose.
Use it, and say where it came from.
CERES forecasts and grades are CC BY 4.0. PSE, LITHOS, climval and the notebooks are Apache 2.0, and Mission Data Pipeline is MIT. Work built on Copernicus data carries the Copernicus attribution, and LITHOS lists the citations EGMS and COMET LiCSAR require.
